In different places around the world, marijuana is prohibited but some doesn’t really care about it because they enjoy using it.

That's a happy cop indeed but he's can also be happy he captured such a big plant, he's probably thinking about a promotion. We may never know. I have a major curiousity: what happens with all the confiscated marijuana plants?

That's a big plant indeed... I don't know if you noticed it but the cop looks really happy to hold it, do you think he is a marijuana smoker? We can only assume...
