    For the record, it was actually pretty serious, and the shooting victim is being treated at Mass General. I agree that photographing the scene in no way diminishes his dignity, however. I also think the officer in question should be reprimanded for deliberately interfering with the lawful exercise of our Constitutional right and responsibility to gather and report news.
