I used to shoot the F4's and the FM2's. Photographers coming out of school these days must think those cameras were invented right after the wheel!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Our company, The Telegraph, purchased the vests for our four photographers on staff, and a couple for use by the reporters. Taxpayers didn't fund our's, but if other state or federal employees are now required to wear them, it's at the taxpayers' expense. Why present errant drivers with a perfect target?
